Review Guidelines

The following guidelines apply to all customer reviews.

We welcome all contributions from customers who have stayed at Canvas sites and wish to contribute their view. To submit a campsite review please visit the Customer Review section of the campsite you wish to review and then click "Write a review for this campsite" and complete the short form. 

We review all submissions before publication on this website and may moderate, screen, amend, edit, delete or remove any contributions at our discretion. We are under no obligation whatsoever to publish, store, preserve or return any contribution or to provide any payment for any contributions.

Please provide your full name and e-mail with your review. We only publish reviews that include a name. Please note whatever you write in the Name fields will be shown on the website. Please bear in mind that the internet is international and our sites are accessible throughout the world. By contributing you are consenting to the publication of your contribution on all Canvas Holidays’ sites and in its publicity material. Please do not contribute any information whatsoever that you do not wish to be made publicly available in this way.

Canvas Holidays may use all contributions on its websites and in its other publicity and advertising material at its discretion. You grant to Canvas Holidays a worldwide, royalty free perpetual, transferable right to exercise all copyright, publicity, moral and other intellectual property rights in your contributions.

You must comply with the following guidelines:

Review and content guidelines

• No unlawful or objectionable content – this means you should not submit reviews that contain words, language or content that is or may be considered unlawful, defamatory, libellous, abusive, racially or sexually offensive or obscene 
• Original – content of user reviews should not infringe the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of others that shall include copyright, trademark, privacy or trade secrets 
• Harmful content – Reviews shall not contain viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other computer program that may damage or affect any system or data 
• No spamming or advertising – reviews shall not contain commercial web or e-mail addresses and no promotional or advertising material of any kind including the pricing and availability information and alternative ordering information 
• No HTML tags 
• Reviews should be genuine Canvas Holiday experiences and content should be relevant and helpful to other users of the website
• Reviews are to be written and shall be published in English 
• Users should not use false e-mail addresses, impersonate others or in any way mislead as to their identity.
